My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and spacious, but there was a weird cat litter/cleaning product smell that bothered me a bit. The hotel front desk staff were courteous, though not overly friendly. The location was inviting with a country deco, perfect for walking downtown, but the restaurant was quite far away, not really catering to the wine country aspect. The hotel was too warm during my visit.

The location was very inviting with nice country decor, perfect for walking downtown. It was very close to various excursion activities in Sonoma County.
Dining

The dining experience was subpar and expensive, not living up to expectations. I found it disappointing, especially considering the hotel's wine country location.

7.6/10

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious with tall ceilings. The service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially by the senior staff. The location was very convenient, close to downtown Santa Rosa. The dining experience, however, was subpar; I had expected more for what was served. The facilities were satisfactory with a clean fitness facility available.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were great - a good size with a comfortable bed and very clean, but they were dated and in need of serious updating in some areas.
Service
9.0
The service was extraordinarily helpful and the staff friendly, always trying to assist.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was convenient, especially for touring both northern and southern Sonoma regions. However, the presence of a homeless camp nearby led to some disturbances.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was decent, but improvements could be made for the price paid. It was unfortunate that certain services that should have been complimentary were not.
Facilities

The hotel had a clean fitness facility available for guests.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were convenient, with plenty of electric and USB charging outlets, a very comfortable bed, and a nice courtyard view. However, there was a musty smell from the air entering the room. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, especially from Mario the manager. The location exceeded my expectations, being close to downtown and offering easy freeway access without much noise. The dining experience was good, especially with the complimentary in-room dining, and the facilities were great.

Location

The location was far better than expected, close to downtown, with easy freeway access and minimal noise. The beautiful setting and nice lounging furniture added to the experience.
Dining
7.0
The dining was good, especially with the in-room options. This hotel/location choice was influenced by the dining experience. A small downside was that dining should be complimentary.
Facilities

The facilities were great, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, tours/ticket assistance, and even happy hour.
